5K #3 done. WOOHOO!!! I am tired......the last 1/4 mile of it was ALL UP HILL! Are they TRYING to kill us????? I actually came in about 30 seconds behind last 5K time, but, these hills were pretty nasty. I need to rest up for a day or 2 and then start some slow runs and keep upping my long run a little. I have another 5K in 14 short days. I really want to beat today's time at that one. Then it'll be on to training for the 5 mile on October 20th.
